First Commercially Available Single Cell Bisulfite Sequencing Service
Single cell whole genome bisulfite sequencing (WGBS), a developing field first reported in 2015, allows the detection of DNA methylation and epigenetic studies at the single cell level. SingulOmics® is the only commercial service provider offering single cell WGBS service, and our protocol has achieved top quality results. Our protocol has been applied to >200 single cells, covering >1 million C’s on CpG sites per cell with >0.99 bisulfite conversion rate. Our service includes single cell isolation, bisulfite conversion, genome amplification, and library construction. The library can be sequenced on any Illumina HiSeq platform. We also provide data analysis service including alignment and methylation status calling at both single CpG resolution and regional resolution for single cell WGBS.

Sample Requirements
Samples can be submitted as single cells (nuclei) or as frozen cells in cell suspensions.
(1) Single cells (nuclei): Please click here to access instructions on how to collect single cells.
(2) Frozen cells of single population in cell suspensions: We provide single cell isolation service using CellRaftTM. Please click here for sample requirements.
If you have additional requirements for single cell isolation (e.g. single cell population from blood or tissues), please contact us.
